Amanda Campbell

Therapist - Mental Health & Addiction LMSW, CAADC

Amanda Campbell     Life's challenges can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, our relationships, and the life we want to live. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where adults can heal, grow, and create meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction and recovery, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the everyday stressors that can leave life feeling overwhelming. I have a particular passion for helping clients recognize and heal patterns of codependency, strengthen healthy boundaries, and build more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

I understand that people often find themselves feeling stuck in cycles that no longer serve them—whether it's putting others' needs before their own, struggling with self-worth, navigating recovery, or feeling overwhelmed by life's demands. I believe meaningful change begins when you learn that caring for yourself isn't selfish. Rather, it's essential to building healthy relationships and living a life that reflects your values. Together, we will explore the patterns contributing to these challenges, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting change that supports greater confidence, balance, and emotional well-being.

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Therapy is a partnership where you can feel heard, understood, and supported while also being challenged to grow. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can gain insight, strengthen resilience, and develop the tools needed to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

Many of my clients come to therapy after years of putting others first, often feeling disconnected from their own needs and unsure of how to create healthier relationships. Together, we'll work to rediscover your voice, strengthen your sense of self, build relationships rooted in mutual respect rather than obligation, and create a life where you feel grounded, empowered, and confident in honoring your own needs alongside those of others.

Ian Campbell

Therapist - EMDR & Addiction LMSW, CAADC

As a therapist, I am passionate about helping adults navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use or addiction concerns. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to heal, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process and recover from traumatic experiences. I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), bringing specialized expertise in the treatment of substance use disorders, addiction recovery, relapse prevention, and co-occurring mental health conditions.

In addition to trauma and addiction, I enjoy working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, workplace stress, compassion fatigue, burnout, and difficulties balancing the demands of their personal and professional lives. I understand that life's experiences can leave people feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. Together, we will work to identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen healthy coping skills, process difficult experiences, and foster greater emotional well-being and self-confidence.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in the belief that healing is possible at every stage of life. I integrate evidence-based interventions including EMDR with a warm, client-centered approach that honors each person's unique story, strengths, and goals. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, challenged, and supported.

Whether you are seeking relief from anxiety or depression, healing from trauma, recovery from addiction, healthier relationships, greater self-esteem, or renewed balance in your personal and professional life, I am committed to walking alongside you throughout your journey. Together, we will work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, resilient, and empowered to live a life that reflects your values and goals.
